The story of
At the foot of the Treviso Pre-Alps, where the hill plunges into the waters of the Piave River, a small village emerges from well-tended vineyards, giving rise to the hamlet of Saccol di Valdobbiadene. Right here we have our lands, caressed by the wind and the sun, from which we get our grapes. At the first signs of autumn, when the maturation is reached, we begin the harvest. They are intense and feverish moments, because in the company we have always wanted to achieve “perfection”. Tradition, technique and knowledge find the right application in the repetition of the vinification of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. Respect for the raw material and the timeliness of technological processes will lead to the birth of a delicate and elegant wine.

The terrains of Conegliano Valdobbiadene have very ancient origins, dating back to the raising of the sea and lake bottom.
They consist of conglomerates of rock and sand with a lot of clay and sometimes iron, but in some parts of the territory they are composed of marl and sandstone.
The position between the sea and the Prealps ensures a temperate climate with an annual average of 12.3 ° C and constant ventilation, which allows the grapes to dry quickly after the rains. The area is characterized by frequent summer showers, with an average rainfall of 1250 mm.
The hills extend from east to west, therefore they have a slope facing south, where the vineyards enjoy the best sun exposure, and a northern slope, usually occupied by woods. The altitude varies from 100 to 500 meters and guarantees the temperature range by developing aromas.

The Glera vine has found its ideal environment on the hills for more than three centuries. It loves the water but fears stagnation, and the slope of the hills ensures that the rain is always drained.
The wine is produced with a minimum of 85% of grapes of the Glera vine, for a maximum of 15%, of Verdiso, Bianchetta, Perera, Glera Lunga, varieties present for centuries in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, or Pinot and Chardonnay.
Our winery is of new manufacture, allows us to produce sparkling wines, guaranteeing quality and authenticity through the high technology it contains.
The area of Conegliano Valdobbiadene extends over a hilly area located 50 km from Venice and around 100 from the Dolomites. The viticulture here has very ancient origins but the first written mention connecting Prosecco to this territory dates back to 1772.
Since the introduction of the DOC, in 1969, the historical production area has remained limited to 15 municipalities. Two of these give him the name: Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, one the cultural capital and the other productive heart.
